3rd Sonogram

Our 3rd sonogram, while awesome, didn't go according to plan. We were supposed to find out the gender of the baby at this one, and, as all of you know, we didn't. We spent a LONG time up there trying to get the baby in the right position and he (again, I am using he just to keep it short) just kept moving around. The sonographer said ours was the most active baby of the day by far. It was like he could sense the "camera" was on him and he would just turn around and crawl away. This was very cute because we know we have a baby with a cute fanny, and Wade was impressed by the well defined leg muscles. :o) Well, all this to say that when it came down to it, we got a couple pictures that show it is a boy, and a couple that show it is clearly a girl! However, there were lots of other things down there, like the umbilical cord between the legs and hands and his feet were always tucked up. So in the end, the sonographer was very frustrated and said in all her 33 years of doing this, this was the first baby that she couldn't say for sure on, and she offered to have us come to her center in dallas (where the equipment is clearer and newer) so she could try again. Hahaha! We may take her up on that since we really want to know, and then we will let everyone else know, of course. But we did get some amazing pictures and I will include a few here.
